Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis 1 specializing in Continental Cuisine to join the private culinary team of a VIP Private Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This exclusive position offers the opportunity to prepare exquisite continental dishes in a private household setting, ensuring the highest standards of quality and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the cooking of continental dishes as per the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
• Work closely with the head chef or household culinary manager to plan menus and special meals.
• Ensure presentation and taste meet the expectations of the VIP family.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Adapt to the family's specific needs and preferences, providing a personalized culinary experience.

This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a passion for continental cuisine, offering a unique opportunity to work in a private and luxurious environment.

• Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role with focus on continental cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of continental cooking techniques and dishes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a private household setting.

• Good communication skills and ability to adapt to the preferences of a VIP family.

Salary: AED3,000 - AED 3,500 plus food, and accommodation provided.
