What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record as a Commis
  3 or similar role, in a Luxury Hotel environment or Fine Dining Restaurant,
  delivering Sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's Award -Winning Service
  Quality.
  
• A Culinary Degree or equivalent
  qualification is preferred.
  
• Outstanding Pre -Opening experience in
  setting up dynamic, seamless and fast -paced Kitchen Operations is advantageous.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Culinary
  Basics, including impressive knife skills, cooking methods, and ingredient
  preparation.
  
• Strong familiarity with and
  understanding of how to Safely Use and Maintain kitchen equipment.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard
  Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles and practices, and a thorough
  understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and
  Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
  
• A positive ‘Can -Do!’ Attitude,
  Deep -Seated Passion for the culinary arts, and excellent Interpersonal
  Skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts,
  including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  

Key
Responsibilities

• Elevates our Guests’ Dining Experience by meticulously Preparing and
  Presenting dishes that meet and exceed FIVE’s remarkable Culinary
  Standards, infusing each creation with a touch of Exquisite Artistry.
  
• Assists Senior Chefs in the kitchen, showcasing a flair for Hand -Crafted Culinary
  Creations, ensuring each dish is a ‘FIVE -Star’ masterpiece.
  
• Contributes to Menu Development, infusing each dish with innovative Flavours
  and Presentation Styles.
  
• Demonstrates a keen Eye for Detail in maintaining proper Mise En
  Place and Stock Rotation, orchestrating operations with efficiency and
  finesse.
  
• Upholds impeccable Cleanliness and Organisation of kitchen Workstations
  and Equipment.
  
• Executes tasks assigned by senior chefs with perfect Precision and
  Efficiency, contributing to the kitchen's reputation for Next -Level
  Culinary Excellence.
  
• Exemplifies the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene,
  aligning with FIVE’s commitment to Industry -Leading Practices.
  
• Collaborates seamlessly with fellow ‘FIVERs’, fostering a
  Well -Coordinated kitchen environment that reflects and enables the Buzzing
