We are looking for an experiencedScrum Master to join our organization and help manage two teamswithin a SAFe Agile Release Train. We re looking for 5-7 yearsexperience with relevant industry exposure (Linear and DigitalAdvertising sales).The ideal candidate should haveextensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanbanframeworks, and SAFe principles. You will be responsible forensuring the successful delivery of projects, removing impediments,and facilitating communication betweenteams.

1. Coachand guide teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train to improve theiragile methodologies and adopt the Scrum frameworkeffectively
   
2. Facilitate team eventssuch as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups,sprint reviews, andretrospectives
   
3. Encourage teamcollaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and removeimpediments
   
4. Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt tochanging requirements
   
5. Ensure theteam follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliverhigh-quality products on time
   
6. Trackteam performance metrics and identify areas ofimprovement
   
7. Work with Product Ownersto refine and prioritise the productbacklog
   
8. Liaise with the ReleaseTrain Engineer and Stakeholders to provide transparency andvisibility into the teamsprogress
   
9. Continuously improve theScrum process, tools, and techniques to improve the teamsproductivity andefficiency
   

Qualifications

1. 5years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agileteams
   
2. Experience in managingmultiple Agile teams, preferably within a SAFe Agile ReleaseTrain
   
3. Sound knowledge of Agilemethodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFeprinciples
   
4. Experience infacilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprintplanning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, andretrospectives
   
5. Experience infacilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectiveswould be advantageous
   
6. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
   
7. Strong problem-solving andconflict resolutionskills
   
8. Experience in using Agilemanagement tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO preferred), JIRA orTrello
   
9. Experience working with teamsdeveloping APIs would beadvantageous
