Communication & Digital Executive - Insurance TPA

Overview:

As a Communication and Digital Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various communication and digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be enhancing the company's brand presence and engagement across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop, manage, and monitor content for digital and printed assets.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all communication channels.

- work with design team to have creative content pieces and collateral, showcasing innovation and creativity.

Campaign Development:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute online and offline campaigns to promote company partnerships, services, and brand initiatives.

Social Media Management:

- Create content calendars for monthly social media content and campaigns.

- Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive targeted engagement and conversions.

Leadership Communication:

- Coordinate and create content for senior leadership's media presence, including speeches, interviews, and articles.

- Ensure alignment of messaging with company values and objectives

Event Branding:

- Create branding concepts for corporate events, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and objectives.

- Implement event branding across various touchpoints, including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in communication, digital marketing, or related roles.

- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for creating visual content.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Agency and Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
