Responsibilities:

  • Assure Master Community Service Charge (MCSC) collections via continuous follow up and direct contact with Master Community Debtors.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for registration of Master Community Service Charge Debtors with Dubai Land Department, Rental Dispute Centre, RDC.Interpretation of the financial statements of accounts for MCSC Debtors and produce summary reports
  • Update participation quota details and utilise Urbanise software for issuing Master Community Service Charge invoices, monitoring collections, and preparing reports.
  • Assist Community Management team with the preparation of payment applications, statements of accounts, review of invoices and work completion reports for payment requests.
  • Support DMCC Community Management team with review of quotations, proposals, and work orders for Master Community Facilities.
  • Ensure DMCC Community contact details updated on a regular bass and GIS team is informed of changes.
  • Assist Community Management team with DMCC Community Management meetings preparation.
  • Able to summarise the reports provided by service providers and create DMCC Community Management reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or Financial Management
  • Community Association Institute (CAI) – CMCA, AMS.
  • M-100 RERA course
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Community Management in Dubai.
  • Experience in working with Urbanise Software
  • Experience in working with Unifier Software
