Community Administrator

We require a Community Administrator to be responsible for various administrative functions within a prestigious community in Dubai. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Community Administrator will also liaise with a team including, but not limited to, Association Managers, Community Coordinators, Community Supervisors and technical teams.

You need to have a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or similar. Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral English is essential. Good computer skills, particularly in archiving, workflow tracking and MS Word. You must have exceptional organisational, problem analysis & solving, and research skills and have meticulous attention to detail. The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments is a must. Knowledge of Law No 27 of 2007 concerning Jointly Owned Property would be a great advantage.
