As a Community Manager specializing in Facility Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a vibrant community atmosphere while overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall satisfaction of residents and tenants. You will collaborate closely with property owners, service providers, and residents to address concerns, implement community programs, and enhance the overall living experience. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in building strong relationships and ensuring that the facilities meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing community engagement initiatives, managing property maintenance schedules, and implementing safety protocols. You will also be responsible for handling resident inquiries and complaints, coordinating with vendors for facility services, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of facility management principles, and a passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive community environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management; Business Administration; or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or facility management within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
