Compliance Certification Coordinator Game Testing & Lab Liaison

We are looking for a Compliance Certification Coordinator – Game Testing & Lab Liaison to manage the full certification lifecycle of in-house and third-party games across multiple regulated markets.

Role is based on-site in Bangkok, Thailand or Dubai, UAE (with regular travel to test labs and regulators).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a jurisdiction-specific certification matrix mapping all game features to current GLI, BMM, and iTech Labs requirements, update it within 24 hours of any regulatory change.


• Assemble and validate submission packs, including source code hashes, RNG logs, pay-table math, artwork approvals, and vulnerability scan results.


• Act as the primary point of contact for external labs: schedule test windows, negotiate turnaround times, resolve defects, and respond to queries within SLA.


• Conduct internal audits on staging builds using GLI-11, GLI-19, and GLI-33 standards; block any release that fails checklist compliance.


• Manage post-certification change control by assessing impact and triggering re-certification when necessary.


• Prepare regulatory documentation such as evidence bundles and attestation letters; ensure timely responses (within 48 hours) to regulator queries.


• Collaborate daily with Product, QA, Math, Security, and Legal teams to maintain compliance across development workflows.


• Drive certification process improvements by automating test-pack creation, tracking, and reporting, aiming for a 20% annual reduction in cycle time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in gaming compliance (iGaming or land-based), with a minimum of 3 years specifically in lab certification.


• Track record of securing game approvals in jurisdictions such as MGA, UKGC, NJ DGE, AGCO, PAGCOR.


• Strong knowledge of GLI/BMM/iTech Labs standards, RNG and RTP testing, PCI DSS basics, and ISO/IEC 17025 methodologies.


• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage 10+ concurrent certification processes without deadline slips.


• High level of accuracy in document control and technical writing.


• Confident communicator and negotiator, capable of enforcing compliance standards with both labs and internal teams.


• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency relevant to regulated markets is a plus.

Would be nice to have:

• Experience certifying sportsbook platforms (GLI-33) and live-dealer studios.


• Familiarity with Kubernetes-based deployments and secure build pipelines.


• Certifications such as CAMS, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
