Compensation

Key
Responsibilities

• Serves as the Primary Point of Contact
  for Guests, efficiently and promptly attending to their Inquiries.
  
• Provides bespoke Information,
  Recommendations, and Reservation Services for an array of Guest Enquiries,
  ranging from City Tours to Theatre Tickets, ensuring a hand-crafted experience
  tailored to their preferences
  
• Efficiently processes and relays messages
  for Guests, ensuring seamless and timely Communication.
  
• Safely handles and stores Guest luggage,
  reflecting FIVE’s sensational Service Standards.
  
• Stays abreast of all Hotel Services,
  including daily VIP Requests and Special Events, delivering a Curated
  Experience that exceeds Guest Expectations.
  
• Demonstrates an exceptional knowledge of
  FIVE’s Offerings, Standards, and Compliances, maintaining FIVE’s
  industry-leading reputation.
  
• Maintains orderliness and safety in the
  Lobby and Front Door Areas, ensuring Guests a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience.
  
• Upholds a clean, healthy, and
  safety-conscious Working Environment.
  
• Operates Front-Of-House Equipment and
  Property Management Systems in strict adherence to Policies and Procedures,
  ensuring a First-in-Class Service Experience.
  
• Adheres rigorously to Hotel Security,
  Fire Regulations, and all Health and Safety Legislations.
  
• Provides crucial support to the
  Management in emergencies, embodying a bold and proactive approach to Guest
  Care.
  
• Maximise Room Occupancy and upsells the
  sensational Services and Facilities offered at FIVE.
  
• Collaborates with other departments, and
  across our FIVE Tribe.
