Construction Manager

The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of a construction project. This role ensures that MEP systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

• Manage and coordinate all MEP installation activities on-site.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Supervise and manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and technicians.
• Collaborate with design consultants, architects, structural teams, and civil engineers to resolve conflicts and technical issues.
• Monitor progress of MEP work against the project schedule and report delays or issues.
• Ensure materials and equipment meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Maintain documentation and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
