o Participate and lead quality audits, working in close coordination with work groups for successful implementation of QMS
o Ensure audit findings, and non-conformances are identified, reviewed and analyzed to address corrective and preventative actions in an effective and timely manner.
o Conduct investigation of customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis, and submit reports to Project Quality manager and Construction manager
o Implement, monitor, report project Quality KPIs and provide input for monthly quality reports to Project Quality Manager
o Manage Nonconformance and CAPA’s. Analyze, track and trend the findings for continuous improvement of quality management system
o Identify and manage Quality risks and Lesson learns that have an impact on the project
o Conduct Quality Induction training to all new staff joining the Construction team
o Plan and organize quality tool box talks among construction team
