Looking for a Construction Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related course
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques as well as materials
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse construction team
• Good project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations as well as procedures
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
