Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Adult ICU to join one of the top hospitals in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care with proven expertise in adult ICU, as well as a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the adult ICU unit

• Take a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met

• Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic tests

• Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Train and mentor junior medical staff

• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in critical care medicine

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Consultant in Adult ICU

• MBBS/MD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian healthcare laws and regulations is preferred
• Candidates must have UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent certification
