Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, while ensuring compliance with established safety protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations, assessing patient medical histories and identifying potential risk factors.
• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels before, during, and after surgical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of anesthetic procedures, patient responses, and any complications encountered.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the anesthetic process and post-operative care.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including training and education on the latest advances in anesthesiology and patient safety.

• Medical degree with a specialization in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Minimum of X years of clinical experience in anesthesiology, preferably in a JCI-accredited facility.
• Proficient in advanced anesthetic techniques and patient monitoring equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing high-pressure situations and emergency cases effectively.
