Consultant Breast Surgeon - Sharjah

Responsibilities

• Conduct breast surgeries including diagnostic, therapeutic, and reconstructive procedures.
• Assess and manage patients with benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Coordinate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and nursing teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient education about diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
• Document surgical procedures and patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in continuous professional development and keep abreast with the latest developments in breast surgery.
• Contribute to hospital quality assurance and clinical governance activities.

• Medical degree and specialized training in Breast Surgery.
• Board certification and license to practice in the UAE, specifically Sharjah.
• Demonstrated experience in complex breast surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary cancer care pathways.
• Strong patient care and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse medical team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
