Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures including complex valve repairs/replacements, coronary artery bypass grafting, and congenital heart defect repairs.
• Evaluate and assess patients’ conditions through thorough medical histories, diagnostic imaging, and tests to develop tailored surgical plans.
• Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide expert perioperative management and follow-up care, monitoring patients closely for complications and recovery progress.
• Educate patients and their families regarding surgical interventions, risks, benefits, and post-operative care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of surgical procedures, patient progress, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cardiac surgery and participate in continuous professional development.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Cardiac Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Proven experience in advanced cardiac surgical procedures, including complex heart surgeries.
• Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and ability to manage high-risk patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working within multidisciplinary teams.
