Position: Consultant Cardiothoracic (UK, CCT / American Board) - Dubai

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Cardiothoracic to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai. We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a proven track record of success in the field, to provide top-quality medical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert consultation and patient care in the field of Cardiothoracic surgery

- Perform complex surgeries on the heart, lungs, and other organs within the chest

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care

- Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new treatment programs

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of Cardiothoracic surgery

- Attend conferences, seminars, and other educational events related to the field

- Train and mentor junior medical staff and students

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients

- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- GMC registration and UK CCT in Cardiothoracic surgery or American Board certification

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Cardiothoracic surgery

- Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and technology

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Fully committed to providing the highest quality of patient care

- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work within a diverse and multicultural environment
