Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed examination and analysis of tissue specimens to diagnose pathological conditions.
• Interpret laboratory test results including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights and support patient management plans.
• Maintain high standards in laboratory procedures, ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed pathology reports and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in clinical and anatomical pathology and implement best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and medical personnel.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Clinical and Anatomical Pathology.
• Board certification in Clinical and Anatomical Pathology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Extensive experience in both clinical laboratory diagnostics and anatomical pathology.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
