Position: Consultant Clinical Psychologist (Arabic Speaker) – Qatar

Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading consultancy agency in Dubai, providing top-quality staffing solutions to various industries in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist, fluent in Arabic, to join our team as a Consultant.

As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy for patients with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work closely with our team of mental health professionals to assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine patient's mental health needs and develop a treatment plan
• Provide evidence-based therapy to patients, utilizing various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
• Provide consultation and guidance to staff members working with patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes
• Stay informed of current trends and developments in the field of clinical psychology.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must hold a valid license to practice Clinical Psychology in Qatar.
• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities are preferred.
• Candidates must have Western education/training.
