ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support, and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside consultants, intensivists, surgeons, nurses, respiratory therapists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced ICU facilities, modern monitoring systems, and comprehensive critical care infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide consultant-level management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma, and postoperative patients in the ICU.
• Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex critical care cases requiring advanced monitoring and organ support.
• Manage mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic support, sepsis management, renal support coordination, and other advanced ICU therapies.
• Perform critical care procedures including airway management, central venous access, invasive monitoring, and other procedures within approved clinical privileges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physicians, nursing teams, respiratory therapists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical governance activities, ICU quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention programs, audits, and medical education activities.
• Support effective communication with patients’ families and contribute to shared decision-making and ethical care planning.

• DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
