Summary:

Allocation Assist Middle East, a leading consultancy agency, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Embryologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Consultant Embryologist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our assisted reproductive technology (ART) laboratory, providing consultation to patients, and ensuring the highest standards of care and quality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all operations of the ART laboratory, including embryology, andrology, and endocrine functions

- Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in accordance with international regulations

- Conduct patient consultations and provide personalized treatment plans for ART procedures

- Perform all laboratory procedures, including oocyte retrieval, insemination, embryo culture, and embryo transfer

- Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports of all laboratory procedures and outcomes

- Supervise and train laboratory staff, ensuring proper techniques and protocol adherence

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

- Continuously update and enhance knowledge of current research and developments in the field of reproductive medicine

- Participate in new ART technology evaluation and implementation as needed

- Maintain facility and equipment in compliance with regulatory standards

- Support marketing and business development efforts to promote the clinic's services and increase patient satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

- Doctoral degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume ART laboratory

- Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) preferred

- Strong knowledge of current ART laboratory techniques, procedures, and regulations

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory software programs
