Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients with ENT disorders and diseases.
• Perform surgical procedures related to conditions of the ear, nose, and throat, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and voice surgeries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and care regimens.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient encounters and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with audiologists, speech therapists, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in ENT surgery and practices.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in ENT Surgery.
• Board certification in ENT Surgery.
• Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
• Significant experience in performing ENT surgical procedures in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of ENT pathologies, surgical techniques, and patient management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and navigate high-pressure situations.
