ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its advanced ENT, head and neck, and surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside surgeons, physicians, audiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced operating theatres, diagnostic technology, and comprehensive ENT care facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of a wide range of ENT conditions.
• Perform advanced ENT procedures including ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgeries according to clinical privileges.
• Manage patients with complex ENT disorders including sinus disease, hearing disorders, airway conditions, and head and neck pathology.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiology, oncology, anaesthesia, audiology, and other specialties to ensure integrated patient care.
• Provide expertise in emergency ENT cases including airway management, infections, trauma, and acute surgical conditions.
• Participate in clinical governance activities, quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs.
• Support teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities within the clinical team where required.

• UK CCT / FRCS (ENT)

• MD / MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
