Requirements:

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

- Board certification in Family Medicine

- Valid state medical license

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Consultant Family Medicine

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
