A reputed private healthcare group in the UAE is seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant – Family Medicine to join its multidisciplinary medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services for individuals and families of all age groups while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Promote preventive healthcare through routine screenings, health education, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Manage patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other long-term conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic investigations.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and international quality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff when required.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team activities.
