About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Family Medicine physician to join our esteemed healthcare team in Dubai. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic health solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Provide patient education and counseling on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education programs.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Family Medicine
• Board certification in Family Medicine
  Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-certification experience
• Expertise in preventive care, chronic disease management, and family health
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care
  Skills:
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
