Consultant Gastroenterologist

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations, performing advanced endoscopic procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care. As a Consultant, you will also play a key role in educating patients about their conditions and treatment options, fostering a supportive environment for their health journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with gastrointestinal ailments.
• Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about disease management and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to advancements in gastroenterology.

• Medical degree with specialization in Gastroenterology
• Board certification in Gastroenterology is required
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
• Expertise in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
• Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
