Job Title: Consultant Gastroenterology - Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced consultant in gastroenterology to join our client's team in the Middle East. As a premier healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional and comprehensive care to our patients.

As a consultant gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of gastrointestinal disorders, such as Crohn’s disease, ulcers, and liver diseases. You will work closely with our team of specialists to provide the highest level of care and treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting consultation and physical examinations of patients with gastrointestinal disorders

- Interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging studies to make accurate diagnoses

- Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients in collaboration with other specialists

- Performing endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and biopsy

- Prescribing medication and managing chronic conditions

- Providing advice and education to patients regarding their condition and treatment options

- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records

- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to gastroenterology

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Current licensure and board certification in Gastroenterology

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in a reputable healthcare facility

- Experience in advanced endoscopic procedures

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Candidates must have Western education/training

- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
