Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant General Orthopedic Surgeon (CCT) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform orthopedic surgeries and procedures with high level of precision and expertise

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and recommend treatment plan based on individual patient's needs

• Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results to develop accurate diagnoses

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of orthopedics and incorporate them into practice

• Supervise and train residents and medical students

• Participate in research activities and publish findings in reputable medical journals

• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid CCT certification in Orthopedic Surgery

• Minimum of 5 years of post-CCT experience in a reputable healthcare institution

• Excellent surgical skills and strong proficiency in orthopedic procedures

• Ability to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and mentor a team of medical professionals

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening abilities

• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize patient care

• Passion for continuous learning and professional development

• Candidates must have Western education/training.
