ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its comprehensive women's health and gynecologic services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Gynecologist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside experienced consultants, anesthesiologists, radiologists, nurses, fertility specialists, oncologists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic, outpatient, and minimally invasive surgical facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, menopause-related conditions, and reproductive health concerns.

• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries within the approved scope of practice, including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, colposcopy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and other elective procedures.

• Conduct comprehensive gynecological assessments, preventive health screenings, cervical cancer screening, and women's wellness consultations.

• Collaborate with fertility specialists, gynecologic oncologists, radiologists, urologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care.

• Provide patient-centred counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, family planning, contraception, menopause management, surgical procedures, and long-term follow-up.

• Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, informed consent requirements, clinical documentation, infection prevention measures, and international quality and clinical governance standards.
