Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical expertise and leadership in the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with blood disorders and cancers.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and review of medical history.

- Develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices and procedures.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.

- Perform bone marrow aspirates and biopsies as part of the diagnostic process.

- Oversee and monitor the progress of patients undergoing stem cell transplantation.

- Participate in research studies and clinical trials to further advance treatment options for patients.

- Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited university.

- Specialty certification in hematology.

- Proven experience in blood and bone marrow transplantation.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic being advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.

- Western education/training required.
