Title: Consultant ICU Critical Care (Arabic) - Dubai

As a Consultant ICU Critical Care, you will play a vital role in the management and treatment of critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking an individual who is fully proficient in Arabic, with a strong background and expertise in all aspects of critical care, including emergency procedures and advanced life support techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough and comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients to determine their condition and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Providing round-the-clock care, monitoring and management of patients in the intensive care unit

- Administering emergency procedures and advanced life support techniques as needed

- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans for patients

- Participating in regular multidisciplinary meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for the management of complex cases

- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to explain medical procedures and treatments to patients and their families in a clear and compassionate manner

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of critical care through continuous education and training

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution

- Completion of specialized training in Critical Care Medicine

- Current licensure and registration with the Dubai Health Authority

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ICU Critical Care in a reputable healthcare facility

- Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous improvement

- Must hold the Western education or experience
