Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with infectious diseases and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for managing a wide range of infections.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on infection prevention and management strategies.
• Participate in hospital infection control programs and contribute to antibiotic stewardship initiatives.
• Engage in clinical research and clinical trials to advance the field of infectious diseases.
• Stay updated on new developments, guidelines, and best practices in infectious disease care.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Board certification in Infectious Diseases is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in infectious disease practice preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing complex infectious disease cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
