Consultant IVF - Saudi Arabia

Position: Consultant IVF - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IVF consultant to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As a Consultant IVF, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our in vitro fertilization (IVF) program, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the IVF program, including patient consultations, evaluations, treatment planning, and procedures

- Provide expert medical care and treatment to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other related procedures

- Advise and consult with patients on the best treatment options based on their individual needs and medical history

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with external partners to expand and enhance the IVF program

- Stay current on advancements and developments in IVF technology and procedures, and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes

- Train and mentor junior staff members in IVF techniques and procedures

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient information and procedures

- Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IVF program

Qualifications:

- Medical degree and valid license to practice in Saudi Arabia

- Completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a sub-specialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology, and Infertility

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant IVF

- Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing an IVF program

- Deep understanding and knowledge of IVF techniques, procedures, and equipment

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide quality patient care

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with local and international guidelines and regulations related to IVF
