As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will oversee the care of neonates in a state-of-the-art NICU, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents. Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing and managing complex neonatal conditions and facilitating a comprehensive care approach for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical care to newborns, including those with medical complexities, in a university healthcare setting.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and research.
• Perform essential neonatal procedures with precision and care, ensuring optimal outcomes for infants.
• Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and other healthcare trainees in the NICU.
• Engage in patient and family education, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans in an empathetic and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective care delivery.
