SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Nephrologist to join a reputed private hospital. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nephrologist to deliver specialized care to patients with kidney-related disorders within a state-of-the-art healthcare setting.

As a Consultant Nephrologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of renal diseases. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care while contributing to the hospital's commitment to excellence in nephrology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and reviews to diagnose kidney-related conditions.
• Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing medical management, dialysis, and transplant care.
• Manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including complications and comorbidities.
• Provide expert consultation to other medical departments and support multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney health, disease processes, and treatment options.
• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and continuing medical education to maintain current knowledge and improve service delivery.

• Proven experience as a Consultant Nephrologist or relevant clinical role in a hospital setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of renal pathophysiology, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in managing dialysis patients and post-transplant care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional ethics.
• Research experience and involvement in quality improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
