ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited multispecialty hospital in Abu Dhabi is expanding its advanced neurological care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurologist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and advanced diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. The Consultant Neurologist will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of neurological conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide consultant-level neurological assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders.

• Manage conditions including stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, headaches, neurodegenerative disorders, and other complex neurological conditions.

• Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient reviews, and follow-up care while developing individualized treatment plans.

• Interpret neurological investigations including neuroimaging, electrodiagnostic studies, and other relevant diagnostic assessments where applicable.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgery, rehabilitation, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, medical education, and departmental development activities.
