Consultant NeuroSurgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant NeuroSurgeon to lead complex neurosurgical cases and provide expert care to patients with neurological conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and surgically treating disorders related to the brain, spine, and nervous system. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cutting-edge patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with neurological disorders through clinical evaluation and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform intricate neurosurgical procedures with precision and adherence to best practices.
• Manage perioperative care including pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with neurologists, anesthetists, radiologists, and rehabilitation teams.
• Provide detailed patient and family counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuing medical education and contribute to neurosurgical research and innovation.

• Medical degree with completion of accredited neurosurgery residency.
• Board-certified Neurosurgeon with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex neurosurgical procedures.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to professional development and research.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
