Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive and high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients in line with international standards and best practices

- Conduct thorough assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans

- Perform various medical procedures and surgeries as required

- Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff and students

- Participate in research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

- Consistently maintain accurate and timely medical records

- Foster a culture of patient safety and ensure all infection control protocols are followed

- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and protocols

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and continuously enhance personal and professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution

- Completion of residency training in OBGYN

- Board certification or equivalent in Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Minimum of 5 years post-residency experience as a Consultant OBGYN in a reputable hospital setting

- Strong clinical and technical skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Proficient in Arabic; knowledge of English is an advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

- The candidate must have received Western training or education.
