Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist

The Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive gynecology and obstetric services to patients, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting gynecological and obstetric examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including surgeries if necessary.

• Providing prenatal care to pregnant women, including regular check-ups and ultrasounds.

• Advising patients on contraception, family planning, and sexually transmitted infections.

• Performing routine and complex gynecological procedures, such as pap smears, colposcopies, and biopsies.

• Managing high-risk pregnancies and complications during childbirth.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to ensure the best possible patient care.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records and timely documentation.

• Participating in research and continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest medical advances and techniques.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Active and unrestricted medical license.

• Board certification from the relevant governing body.

• Proven experience as a Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist.

• Strong understanding and application of evidence-based medical practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
