Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed eye examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' visual health.
• Diagnose and manage various eye disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal diseases.
• Perform a variety of ophthalmic surgical procedures with precision and care.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Provide ongoing care and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with medical standards.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to remain current in the field of ophthalmology.

• Medical degree with a specialty in Ophthalmology.
• Current and valid medical license to practice.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Consultant Ophthalmologist role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing a wide range of surgical ophthalmic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic skills with a comprehensive understanding of ocular conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; any additional language skills are desirable.
