Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed eye examinations, including visual acuity tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of eye disorders and diseases.
• Conduct surgical procedures, such as cataract extraction, retinal surgeries, and laser treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and findings.
• Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and families about eye health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve overall patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay informed on latest trends in the field.

• Medical degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
• Current and valid medical license to practice as an ophthalmologist.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Consultant Ophthalmologist.
• Proven track record of performing advanced ophthalmic surgeries.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in the evaluation of eye conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and care.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
