We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Ophthalmology Cornea/Cataract (American Board) to join the best hospital in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and helping to shape the vision of our organization as a leading healthcare provider in the region.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare. The successful candidate will have attained an American Board certification in Ophthalmology with a specialization in Cornea and Cataract. They should also have a valid license to practice medicine in Dubai or be willing to obtain one before starting their employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive eye exams and assessments for patients with corneal and cataract related conditions.

• Providing expert diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of corneal and cataract conditions.

• Performing surgeries and procedures related to cornea and cataract, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Collaborating with colleagues and other specialists to provide holistic care for patients.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in cornea and cataract treatment.

• Contributing to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines as well as participating in research projects related to ophthalmology.

Qualifications:

• American Board certification in Ophthalmology with a focus on Cornea and Cataract.

• Valid license to practice medicine in Dubai.

• A minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience in a relevant field.

• Extensive experience in performing cornea and cataract related surgeries and procedures.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• A patient-centered approach to healthcare.
