Consultant Ophthalmology Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and comprehensive examinations to diagnose and treat eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

• Perform surgical procedures, including LASIK, cataract extraction, and oculoplastic surgeries.

• Monitor and manage post-operative care and follow-up appointments for patients.

• Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as optometrists and neurologists, to provide integrated care for patients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients.

• Keep up-to-date with new advancements and techniques in the field of ophthalmology.

• Educate patients and their families on eye care and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Ophthalmology from a recognized board of ophthalmology.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist.

• Experience in a multi-specialty healthcare facility is preferred.

• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Candidates must have UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent certification
