Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients with oral and facial conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on best practices in surgical care.
• Perform a range of advanced surgical procedures, including reconstructive surgeries, trauma management, and implant placements.
• Oversee all aspects of pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery for patients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
• Engage in continuous professional education and stay informed of the latest developments and techniques in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Train and mentor upcoming surgical professionals and contribute to a culture of learning within the team.

Qualifications:

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is essential.
• Extensive experience with a strong record in performing complex surgical interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of advancements in the field.
