• Registered Dental Practitioner with a specialist Orthodontics qualification
• Experience in private practice or private healthcare settings preferable

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
• Ability to communicate treatment plans effectively to patients
• Experience with digital dentistry, including 3D imaging and aligner technology, is a plus
• A commitment to high-quality care and continuous professional development
• Leadership skills with experience in staff development and training
