Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

We are actively seeking a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, offering both surgical and non-surgical solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical evaluations and diagnostic imaging, to accurately diagnose orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that encompass both conservative and surgical management.
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and management of fractures.
• Oversee postoperative care, ensuring patients receive appropriate follow-up and rehabilitation support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic practices and integrate the latest evidence-based approaches into patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
• Successful completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
• Proficient in a broad range of orthopedic procedures and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and related treatment protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
