Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide expert surgical and non-surgical care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans integrating surgical and conservative management.
• Perform complex orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, and trauma surgery.
• Manage perioperative and postoperative care to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, and nursing staff.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and rehabilitation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of advances in orthopedic surgery.

• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience as an Orthopaedic Surgeon, preferably in a consultant role.
• Extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, diseases, and modern treatment techniques.
• Proven ability to perform a broad range of orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
