Consultant Orthopaedic with DOH

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with DOH (Department of Health) certification to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various musculoskeletal disorders, utilizing both surgical and non-surgical methods. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations including medical history assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Execute a variety of surgical procedures related to orthopedic conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Manage and oversee the postoperative care and rehabilitation process to facilitate optimal recovery for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, coordinated care to patients.
• Educate patients and their families about orthopedic diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative measures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and treatment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completed residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Current DOH certification to practice as an orthopedic surgeon.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a consultant role.
• Extensive expertise in various orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
