Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading consultancy agency based in Dubai. We are currently seeking a skilled and highly qualified Consultant Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team and provide exceptional medical care to our patients in Dubai.

As a Consultant Orthopedic Hand Surgeon, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients with conditions and injuries related to the hand and upper extremities. Your expertise in surgical techniques and procedures will play a critical role in helping our patients regain their mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations and review medical histories of patients with hand and upper extremity disorders.

- Diagnose and treat complex hand and upper extremity conditions, including fractures, sprains, nerve compressions, and tendon injuries.

- Perform surgical procedures on the hand, wrist, and elbow, including open and arthroscopic surgeries.

- Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and therapies to alleviate pain, promote healing, and improve mobility.

- Monitor and manage post-operative care and recovery of patients, including developing and implementing rehabilitation programs.

- Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and radiologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of orthopedic hand surgery through continuous education and attending conferences and seminars.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a subspecialty in hand surgery

- Valid license to practice in Dubai

- Proven experience in performing a wide range of hand surgeries and procedures

- Strong knowledge of current best practices and advancements in surgical techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using medical software and technology

- Must have received Western education or training.
